Be grateful for each day

I know in the hustle bustle of life and work we forget to stop and actually appreciate what we have. I used to try to write down 5 things per day that I'm grateful for... this didn't last long.
I'm grateful for so much: my dog, my friends, my family, my health, a different wildflower that seems to bloom every new day on my morning hike... I just seem to forget to appreciate them consciously sometimes.
So, I'm just reminding you to look around and find appreciation in something.
In the future will you please remind me again too?
